I met the producer and poet, Fre Thought through doing an interview on the show with him. Then, I interviewed him on a separate episode. It was fun. We have conducted an interview with her. When did you start writing down your own personal experiences? I kept a diary as a child, but once my mother found it she destroyed it. I began to keep a journal in my twenties but I was in too much emotional pain and trying to heal to consider sharing my story. When I was in my thirties, I began thinking about writing a book but then I suffered a traumatic event and suffered PTSD. What is your favourite style of designing and creating a mixed media piece of art? I have several favorite art mediums, one of them is a mono printing technique using Golden Open paints. By layering natural objects on the printing plate, like leaves, weeds, flowers or branches a detailed, interesting pattern with visual depth is created. I also enjoy using Alcohol Inks to create brightly colored ink patterns. The inks are very spontaneous and the color vibrancy is very intriguing.
