Tinker Brothers – Noah & Liam How long did you take to figure out your signature style of invisible paintings? What was the most difficult part of this process? It’s all about simplicity. We have always aspired to make our art as simple as possible without losing any of the flavour, without losing any of the soul so to say. We believe there is so much beauty in simplicity. When we started experimenting with varnish and discovered (by accident) the ‘invisible paintings’ it felt like coming home. At last. Today our guests are Michel and Felipe from Amsterdam, who have created a startup called Saleapp . It is a free App for IOS to promote small businesses. We have conducted an interview with them. What is your 'Saleapp' about? Saleapp is a free app for IOS , to promote small business. The idea is that using localization services users and owners can post photos of products and services on sale in radius of 26km. Each post is located in the map and using the TAKE ME THERE button, users can choose to walk or drive to that location. Saleapp is an app that shows things around, that means that each post is relevant to time, this means that in case of bad weather, shops can upload discounts nearby users, things like coffee, clothes, umbrellas, among others. Roderick Vos graduated this year, studied International Business and Management in the Netherlands. He has spent the last 4 months on creating his first app, The Brofessor App . It is a personal Pokémon GO app that aims to help Pokémon GO players to become the very best Pokémon Trainer through the means of a BattleHelper and Team Builder tool. We have conducted an interview with Roderick. What is the aim of your new development 'The Brofessor App'? The Brofessor App is initially developed to help Pokémon GO players to win battles & battle more gyms in a significant shorter timeframe. This all to maximize their experience points and enable them to catch more Pokémon. My generation grew up with Pokémon and when Pokémon GO released, it was something nostalgic. We were finally able to become a Pokémon Trainer. But to become “the very best” we need to level up. Interview with illustrator Wilbert van der Steen

Wilbert van der Steen started as an illustrator and cartoonist in 1993 and worked for several Dutch and foreign publishers. Between 2000 and 2006 he made illustrative paintings and added short tales to them. He illustrated many children’s books, four of them were picture books he made in association with writer Tiny Fisscher. Wilbert also wrote a children’s novel, the illustrated adventure Pension Kat (B&B Cat).  In 2009 he set his first steps into the comic world. In 2013 his short comic Peter and the wolf, an adaptation of Prokoviev’s story, put him in the comic world’s spotlight and he came in touch with the Flemish prize-winning comic writer Marc Legendre. In August 2014 they published their first comic book Ayak + Por, and two more books were going to follow. We have conducted an interview with Wilbert.
