L.A.rry L.A.vell is a producer, engineer, and recording artist from Inglewood, California. We have conducted an interview about his new EPs Motivation: Working Till Successful & Pull The Plug.
How did you become a producer?
I was an artist first, listening to beats on soundclick in 2005. When the producers wouldnt sell me exclusives because of me not having a big name. This is when i foind FL Studio 7 snd begin to learn how to make beats.
What is the meaning of L.A.vell?
L.A.V.E.L.L is an acronym that stands for L.ove A.lways V.aries E.veryday L.iving L.ife.
Where did you get your inspiration for your new EPs: "Motivation: Working Till Successful & Pull The Plug"?
I drew inspiration from the artists I was working with and the situations I was currently dealing with at the time. It was pure energy in the creation of the music. Every song derives from a past or current situation. "Motivation", "Still Dreamin" & "Loyalty" are just a couple of tracks to open your ears a little more too.
Who influences your style and music?
Drake, Lex Luger, Rick Ross, Ace Hood are just s few names that I draw inspiration from.
