Why do you think virtual assistance industry is growing and in demand?
Virtual Assistance industry is indeed a rapidly growing industry and in demand because people themselves would like to prioritize their time on something more productive. They are looking for somebody who can do their daily tasks and help them with basic general stuffs which is taking more of their time. Virtual Assistance industry emerged as a time saver (or should I say Life Saver) for those busy people looking to spend some quality time on important things, or with family/friends etc.

How do you meet the needs of your clients?
We are in the industry since its started from 2008. We have served more then 5000 customers so far and we have a better understanding that what our clients are expecting from us and what to deliver. Our VAs are skilled and trained as per clients requirements. They are monitored by Team Leads and Managers. Yes, there is a lot of competition today. When we started, there were a few companies providing VA services but today you can find many. You have number of options and that gives us strength to do something better and different.
