Social Print Ltd is a European company that provides printing services. They have started working on Etsy one year ago and they did their best for their customers to be happy from the start. Currently, they are shipping canvas prints, posters, decals, photos and other prints all over the world every day. We have conducted an interview with them.
Which are your bestselling services?
Printing service – the most popular products are canvas prints, we offer very high quality printing on high end printing equipment; for canvas, posters, wallcoverings, wall decals and other wide format printing we use only premium quality media and HP Latex inks which are UL ECOLOGO®, UL GREENGUARD GOLD Certified, all prints meet AgBB criteria, odorless, scratch-less, water resistant. This all means that inks and certified materials we use for printing are harmless to you, your home, children and eco safe.
Graphic design – almost every order is personalised, we make custom design for weddings (bachelorettes, guest books, personal photo canvases, bottle labels, invitations, signed world maps etc.) birthdays (photo posters, collages, custom prints, reproductions) St. Valentine Day (personalised heart collages, love prints, romantic quotes etc.), Christmas, Thanksgiving Day and other holidays.
What has been the most challenging customised order you have ever delivered?
Currently the most challenging was a print with guest quotes made for a client from USA: 8 weeks of work, conversations and customising. My client did a great job collecting quotes, sayings and wishes from all relatives, and we put all this information together to make it look perfect.
How differently and uniquely do you position your printing company?
There is nothing we cannot do for a customer. When someone contacts us with a question if we can do something he will always get an answer Yes we can. Often happens that our clients are the inventors of new products and they know that we will make their dreams come true although our competitors could not do it. I would also like to note that all customisations we do for a customer is FREE.
What kind of satisfaction do you get when making any customers' wish come true?
a. Everything we do, we do for a customers’ satisfaction. It is not difficult to print something out, but it is always a challenge make something perfectly done to get a positive feedback from a customer.
What are the future developmental plans and what new addition in services do you want to incorporate?
a. We are already testing and offering new products on our local market; very soon, we will add these to our Etsy store, specifically: custom wallcoverings, printed window roller blinds, bespoke prints made on 150 years old book pages and more.
Of course, we will continue adding more and more items to our existing Etsy store categories.
